Delete your account

Confirm your mobile number with a code we send by SMS, and we'll delete your Tickitops account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, mobile number and photo, and your access to the app and web panel.
For an owner closing the business: the business, its team, workspaces, attendance and bills.

Attendance and delivery records a team member created stay with the business they worked for, as its business records, until the business itself is deleted. Backup copies are removed within a further 14 days.

Can't receive the SMS?

Check the number can receive SMS and try again in a few minutes. If you no longer have that number, ask the owner of the business you work for to remove you from their team.
