Terms & conditions
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Tickitops ("we") and anyone who uses Tickitops: the business that signs up and the people it adds. By using Tickitops you agree to them.
The service
Tickitops helps a business record its team's attendance inside its workspaces and check supplier deliveries against their bills, through a mobile app and a web panel. We may improve or change features over time.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and give a mobile number you control. Sign-in is by one-time SMS code; keep your phone secure.
- The owner who signs up a business is responsible for its account and for everyone they add as owner, manager, supervisor or worker.
- Each mobile number can belong to one account.
The business's responsibilities
- Tell your staff that Tickitops records selfies and location during shifts, and get their consent where the law requires it. Use attendance data only for managing work.
- Keep your workspace locations and shift hours accurate; hours are counted against them.
- Don't use Tickitops for anything unlawful, to track people outside work, or to upload content you have no right to.
Plans and payment
The Pro plan costs ₹2,000 a month and includes up to 20 people (owners and managers count). Prices shown in the app at the time of payment apply, and we'll give at least 30 days' notice of any change. Fees are paid in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise, are not refunded for part-used periods. We may suspend a business whose plan is unpaid.
Accuracy
Attendance depends on the phone's location, which can be imprecise indoors; bill details are read automatically and can contain mistakes. Tickitops is a tool to help you manage, not a final record: please review attendance and bills before relying on them for pay or payments. Managers can correct records.
Your data
The business owns the data it and its team put into Tickitops. We handle it as set out in our Privacy policy. You can ask us to delete an account at any time from the Delete account page.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Tickitops at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service or stays unpaid, and will tell the business first where we reasonably can.
Liability
We provide Tickitops with reasonable care but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the business paid us in the three months before it.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India have jurisdiction. We may update them and will notify businesses of material changes.
